Are you growing tired of commuting to your workplace in a corporate park? Here’s an idea. How about living in the corporate park?
That’s what residents of LaVida Apartments will do starting this month, when the first luxury lakefront rental residences open in Miami’s most distinguished corporate park.
More than 12,000 working professionals and corporate executives work in the Blue Lagoon corporate center and surrounding areas, including the downtown Miami medical park, Miami International Airport and Doral’s growing business center. The eight-story, 272-unit LaVida Apartments will offer them an alternative to traditional commuting, one with compelling lake and city views, premium penthouse collection and resort-style clubhouse and pool. The array of units includes one-, two and three-bedroom homes extending in size from 728 to 1,295 square feet, all with outdoor terraces. Top floors offer scintillating south-facing perspectives.
Pinnacle and Ascend Properties have completed LaVida, the first lakefront apartment complex in Miami’s Blue Lagoon.
Located just south of Miami International Airport and the Dolphin Expressway, Blue Lagoon has a business park with some of Miami’s largest companies, such as Burger King, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Coastal Construction.
LaVida has 272 apartments in two buildings of eight stories each at 6600 N.W. 7th St. It was designed by Behar Font & Partners, with interiors by tennis star Venus Williams’ V Starr Interiors.
